You can go to add/remove programs and remove it as it is not a spyware but may be adware where it allows advertisements.

Click START (lower, left of computer screen)
Select "WeatherBug" (or other programs) from the list of applications
Click ADD/REMOVE and follow the instructions
If you receive a warning stating that the system could not delete a file, please click on WeatherBug and then ADD/REMOVE again.

It is not in the program list. I have a great grandson that has decided to get my laptop and play a "game". Now it is a real challenge to fix.
