"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Do you see anyone in organizer tab when you click on scheduling assistant window?
You can try changing using MFCMapi.

You may face this type of issues either you synchronize your calendar with mobile device or appointment become corrupt.

Also check setting of end date that is not more than a year.

Thanks @ imkottees & Alexa Jackson.. I was able to resolve this issue using MFCMAPI..

1.      Start MFCMAPI.
2.      Click Tools, and then click Options.
3.      Select the following two options, and then click OK:
Use the MDB_ONLINE flag when calling OpenMsgStore
Use the MAPI_NO_CACHE flag when calling OpenMsgStore
4.      Click QuickStart, select Open Folder, and then click Calendar.
5.      Select the organizer's Outlook profile, and then click OK. If you receive a "MAPI_E_NO_ACCESS" error, click OK until the error closes, and then follow these steps:
1.      Click Table, click Set Columns, and then click OK.
2.      Locate "PR_DISPLAY_TO" in the Property Tag Array (usually it is in number 10), select it, and then click Delete.
6.      Sort by using the From column.
7.      Locate the recurring meeting that contains "Err:0x8004010F" in the From field.
To fix the corrupted property, follow these steps:
1.      Select a meeting for which the organizer's display name shows correctly in the From field.
2.      In the Property name(s) list, locate the PR_SENT_REPRESENTING_NAME property, right-click it, and then click Copy Property.
3.      Select the recurring meeting that contains "Err:0x8004010F" in the From field, right-click the PR_SENT_REPRESENTING_NAME property, and then click Paste property. If the issue is fixed, the organizer's display name shows in From filed instead of "Err:0x8004010F."
4.      If "Err:0x8004010F" still appears, repeat steps 2 and 3 for the PR_Sender_Name property.
