Swing Application suddenly stopped responding to clicks

Hello there,

I have a Java Swing application on a HP ProLiant DL380 G7 Server. The OS on the server is MS server 2003. My users connect to the server via RDP and start using the application. But today suddenly when the user started the application and click on a menu it is not responding. I want to know is it server issue or software issue. I doubt it is software issue as it is working for the past many years. I checked the System Management Homepage of the server and there in the report it is showing all is normal with the server. what could it be I am dumb stuck. Please help,.

cheers

Hi Fouad,

thanks for your comments.

Probably a software issue

you mean my Java application or some other software

Does it show or trigger any error Code ?
no i dont get error and it is being used for the past many years without issue. so if it was my Java application then it should have shown 5 yrs back.

Look for the last change , Updates or Modifications that happend in the system

Event Viewer and System Logs , if your still stuck we will be able to help if you post back something

Btw:Extended support ended July 14, 2015 for 2003 , perhaps time for a migration ?
