Excel Nested IF statement not working as I hoped

Rhank you for looking at my question,

I have a workbook (attached) in which I have used the nested IF statement below:

=IFERROR(IF(VLOOKUP(C3,All!A:F,6,0)="B60","blocked",IF(VLOOKUP(All!A:F,6,0)="B70","invalid","")),"")

The first part of the IF works fine and returns "blocked" where it should but the second returns "".

Would you advise please how I should rewrite this to make it work properly?
