1619 error updating Zone Alarm

Zone Alarm Anti Virus does periodic updates - the most recent update won't install. It gets about half way and throws a 1619 error (Can't open the package). I have done a bit of Googling around and it appears that it's probably nothing to do with Zone Alarm.

It's a windows 7 machine that shows no other obvious problems.

Any ideas?

Thanks Mark

Hallo Mark

This is an old error. Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the full installer of Zone Alarm Anti Virus?

Brilliant! Thanks. Googling around made me think incorrectly that it was a windows problem.

All sorted.

Thanks again.
