Exchange 2010, Outlook 2013, Want Room Invites to show up as "Tentative" instead of auto-accepting

Good Morning, Experts!

So, we have setup several Room Accounts within Exchange 2010, tied to various Conference Rooms. We have setup Auto Attendant on all but 3 of the Conference Rooms. The 3 remaining Conference Rooms are Executive Conference rooms. These rooms will be managed by the Office Manager and Receptionist.

The nature of these rooms are such that the Office Manager would like for all meeting requests to be shown as "Tentative", as opposed to accepted as "Busy". This is because she wants to screen these rooms for meetings, so that she can Accept or Cancel meetings to make room for Executives and Management.

I have tried to:

- Make sure that the "Mark pending requests as Tentative on the calendar" Resource Information checkbox is checked, both with and without Auto Attendant active. No luck.
- Configured the Mailbox within Outlook 2013 to Auto Accept, and Accept Recurring Meetings. Did not see any information regarding how meetings are accepted. New meeting requests are accepted as Busy automatically.

Thank you all in advance!
