Sharepoint 2010 to 2013 migration

I am in need to know what are the different approaches in migrating from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 . We have 6 wfe servers with 3 internal and 3 external and 3 app servers one for search one for user profile and the third one for others .we are having applications which are visual studio based custom WSP solutions and some of them are OOTB solutions. Are there any approaches which can be followed. And what are the things that needed  to be considered while migrating from 201 to 2013, I am very new to this . Kindly suggest me on this. Thanks in advance.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

HI Prasad thanks for the links they are really informative. On part of moving wsps from 2020 to 2013 do i need to copy the wsps from 14th hive to 2013 15th hive and than I have to do a deployment using powershell . And how would I deply dlls from 2010 to 2013 . will there be any extra care that suppose to be taken in order not to lose the features functionality as of 2010 while migrating to 2013.
