Change Management System

What is a good Change Management System out there? Looking only on cloud based solutions and a product license just for the Change Management and CMDB module not a full Service Management suite.
Thank you very much.

We dont use Sharepoint but we do have Office 365. Could we still use this basic SP change management portal? Which cloud service you recommend? Sorry but I am new to this Cloud based applications. Thanks.
I'm not too familiar with Office 365, but if you have a subscription for 365 you might actually be able to host a page on there - but that would be different than a SharePoint portal. SharePoint would require its own license unless you use the foundations version. Cloud service is really up to you depends on your needs - if you have your own domain you could always host it yourself.
I looked at it online and looks that it comes as IT Helpdesk and Support Application for SharePoint 2010 and 2013 and Office 365 suite with Change Management as a module, we actually have another Helpdesk ticket system so we will not make full use of it.
Yes but there are many individual SharePoint change management portals. If you already using another helpdesk system why not use that to implement change management?
Yes, we have SysAid and it has a Change Management module just wanted to see if there is anything else out there to compare before I make up my mind.
Sticking to SysAid would probably be your best bet then, scattering it across two interfaces would likely cause unnecessary confusion, difficulty, and disorganization. Good luck with whatever you end up doing! Have a great week :)
