vba to write TEXT formatted date-time value to an excel cell

Using vba, I wish to write into an excel cell (objSheet.Cells(2,2) ) the BuiltinDocumentProperty "creation date" for a word file

objSheet.Cells(2,2) = activeDoc.BuiltinDocumentProperties("creation date") writes the date time serial into the cell (eg 42194.50903)

How do I add format, so the date time serial is displayed as a text (eg: 07/09/2015 12:13)?

Thanks
Kelvin

Try this.....

objSheet.Cells(2,2) = activeDoc.BuiltinDocumentProperties("creation date")
objSheet.Cells(2,2).NumberFormat = "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm"

Alternatively:

objSheet.Cells(2,2) = Text(activeDoc.BuiltinDocumentProperties("creation date"),"mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm")

Thanks
