I have a Word document who's Print Preview doesn't not resemble the document

I cannot get this to render in a printout to save my life. Can anyone figure this out? The document looks normal but the print preview is chopping off the left side and my footer is not even rendering.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

i haven't had any issues viewing this file in any views (including print layout/preview).

can you please tell me what version of MS Word you are running. In latest versions of Word you'lp have several views accessed through the "View" TAB. If th view "Web LAyout" is selected all lines will appear pushed to the left. Try changing views. Also, if you have more than one printer installed on your system, try to select another one.

I've attached your file, saved on my Word - no issues whatsover.
Hope it helps.

What worked finally was to take one page at a time, copy & "paste special" command into a new form as "Unformatted Text". Graphics were pasted special as .png

This was a PDF to Word conversion nightmare in Word 2007

I see you've found a workaround... but unless I miss my guess, part of the problem MIGHT be that the page size for the Word document is quite a bit larger than standard (in the US) paper, and your print preview is set to something "standard", like 11"x14".
