Bring your outlook to online mode. Close Outlook. Delete OST. Launch your Outlook. Once everything is synced, put it back to Cached mode. See if the issue still exists.

There are 5 GB of garbage in &quot;Sync Issues&quot; - &quot;Conflicts&quot; folder<br />
I deleted it using &quot;shift- delete&quot; <br />
Then I deleted OST file and let Outlook create a new one.<br />
I got all messages back in &quot;Conflicts&quot; folder and the same huge OST file<br />

How can I get rid of them permanently?<br />

There are 5 GB of garbage in "Sync Issues" - "Conflicts" folder
I deleted it using "shift- delete" 
Then I deleted OST file and let Outlook create a new one.
I got all messages back in "Conflicts" folder and the same huge OST file

How can I get rid of them permanently?
