Great Plains - Payables Management - batch stuck

How can I tell if a check batch has posted to history. What is the table name. It was stuck due to batch status of 7.  I was able to use the SY00500 table to correct that but now need to make sure the batch actually posted to history.  Thanks!

Hi,

The PM Paid Transaction History table is PM30200 and the Distribution History table is PM30600, so I believe you should be able to verify the posted check data in those tables if they posted properly.

Based on my test data, if you are looking at standard computer checks, I believe you'll want to look for:

WHERE BCHSOURC = 'XPM_Cchecks'

Steve, I cannot find the batches anywhere.  The checks printed even after the network interruption but the batch must not have posted.  How can I get the batch to post to history.

Unfortunately, this is not something I would feel comfortable with suggesting a fix for without seeing all the data myself. Partly because there are so many controls around check batches (and rightly so) and partly because I have seen this type of issue require many different fixes, depending on exactly what the state of all the payment records is.

I would recommend that you talk to your GP Partner or Microsoft Dynamics GP Support so that they can look at your data and help you with this.
