Exchange 2013 auto forward deny log

Does anyone know if there's a log or a report that can be generated from Exchange 2013 which would show explicitly if a user account has a block to deny auto forwarding? We don't allow auto forwarding to external addresses (Default for AutoForwardEnabled is set to False) but we do have a report which shows users have set up rules within Outlook to auto forward. It doesn't work but the rules still exist which we will eventually remove. I'd just like to be able to show on one of these user accounts that auto forwarding is denied on that particular account. Does anyone know if this can be done?

You can use the following command to check this against a single mailbox.
Get-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration -Identity user1 | fl

Look for AutoReplyState
