chart - custom pallet colors --- showing up in reverse of the order i added them

I have a chart with custom pallet colors and they are showing up in reverse of the order i added them on the legend.  Any reason why?

You can change the order of the legend items if you want.  That's done by setting the Reversed property on the Chart Legend to true.  Click the legend to make the properties window display the Chart Legend properties.

Do I have a correct understanding? Shouldn't the appear in the order they are added?

I set the reversed property to true not it seems to be working correctly.
