No VPN access

I have a user who attempted to access our enterprise VPN from home but can’t. He has a Mac Book Pro laptop with OS X and the latest Java version. He can access other network resources but can’t access his office Windows 7 PC. This PC has a confirmed connection to our domain and allows his domain ID for remote access.

Then on the screen he sees this.

/Users/<username>/.sslvpn/applications/sslexplorer-agent/nac-agent/sslex

I did just notice his official domain ID is different from the <username>. Please help. Thanks.

ASKER

I just checked his personal laptop onsite and discovered it's looking for

/Users/<username>/.sslvpn/applications/sslexplorer-agent/nac-agent/sslex

but a different <username>. The <username> on his personal laptop and his domain ID <username> DON'T match. It's looking for the right file 'sslex' but in the wrong folder.
