spam on eXchange 2003

I have a barracuda on my network but I'm getting A LOT of spam in the queues.  Looks like it's bypassing the barracuda and hitting the server directly on its IP and bypassing the MX record(barracuda).

I know,... i know... we're in the process of migrating to exchange 2010.

for now.... how do I BLOCK all fake senders?? How can I fix this?
