Wordpress Enfold theme Contact Form settings reverting back each time settings are opened
A website I'm helping look after is running the latest version of Wordpress and uses the Enfold theme (a very popular one). In the CMS, Enfold provides a visual editor with various Content Elements, including a Contact Form.
I have two pages making use of contact forms. I can successfully update the settings for both contact forms (eg the heading, the email address the data is sent to), and they save and publish with no problem, but when I reopen the settings they revert back to an old version of the settings (with an incorrect email address, heading, and colours).
I'm stumped as to why this might be happening. There is some support available for the Enfold theme, but it will probably take at least a couple of hours to go through the process of using it. I would really appreciate some ideas on why this might be happening. It's not a browser cache issue (it still occurs in a private/incognito browsing window).

Unfortunately, yes. I would love to hear what they say though...

Thanks! Another developer took over this bug, so I don't know what the eventual outcome was unfortunately, but contacting the developer was definitely the best action to take in this case.
