SCCM 2012 - List of applications installed on computers in a specific collection

Guys, need some help again, I need to query a particular collection (site based) for version of x 3 applications installed on those clients workstations, the applications are (Version of Internet Explorer; Adobe Reader and PDFDocs) what is the best way to get this information, I'm not well versed when it comes to SQL queries, can you please assist me with a way to get this information
