Hi all,

first: i mounted cd from vmware host / linux-oracle vm box with iso image ovmm.iso ( oracle virtual manger ...).
logged on linux vm with root and opened cd iso and opened the file  runInstaller.sh "open-with" terminal cmd,  from that ovmm.iso but every time ran ./ runinstaller.sh this in terminal cmd,  nothing happens and  it showing some log file.
have anyone succeeded installing ovmm if so can someone give me some info how to install ovmm on oracle-lunix 6.6.
i think this is some kind of virtual environment from oracle ( Oracle app required running from there virtual oracle )

So the iso is mounted and is accessible in Oracle Linux, can you browse to it using the Terminal, so not right-click it but via Terminal do something like:
cd /mnt/iso-name/OVMM/

Once you are in this directory you can type ./install.sh to run the installer.

But before we go there, can you post the content of the installer log?
Do "cat /var/log/ovmm/ovm-manager-3-install-2015-07-22- 170843.log" and post it here if it's not too big.

Also make sure that you have all the necessary prerequisites

For instance, the user used to run the installer should have all the necessary rights, like dba, also run the environment configuration script "createOracle.sh" first. Also check if you have the necessary software installed as well. (libaio, unzip) ... And so on.

The cd command wasn't meant literary :-)
You need to fill in the path because I can only guess what the mounted folder is called.

That being that, the installation fails because your system does not fulfilled the necessary requirements. You need to first make sure you do everything what is mentioned in the link I posted earlier for requirements. After that installation should work.
