VOIP phone that takes a SIM card - LTE enabled VOIP phone

Say, is there a VOIP telephone instrument which has built-in LTE capabilities and would include an LTE modem to connect to the LTE network? We are looking for brands and products that are already supported in South Africa. It would make sense to have VOIP phones with built-in LTE as the quality seems to be quite acceptable for VOIP calls on the LTE network.

Which devices support VoLTE (they would need a Sim Card inside them). Are any available in South Africa?

We are looking for a stand alone handset in format of e.g the old Snom 300  but with a Sim card and antennas.
In South Africa only Vodacom launched VoLTE.

You should check directly with them what they offer as compatibility with their network.
Now seems their website is off.

As far as I seen, VoLTE is available for smartphones. The lists are in the links above.
I did not see any standalone handsets so far.
