# Placing Text at the Beginning of a Formula

I have the following formula in a cell.  I need to place a small amount of text in the front of the formula that prints no matter was the outcome of the formula's calculations are.

=IF(AND(U45="X",U46="X"),"[    ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [    ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [ X ] Both/2, is",IF(U46="X","[    ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [ X ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [    ] Both/2, is",IF(U45="X","[ X ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [    ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [    ] Both/2, is ","[    ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [    ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [    ] Both/2, is")))

Made several attempts but I think I am lost

try like:

="your string... " & IF(AND(U45="X",U46="X"),"[    ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [    ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [ X ] Both/2, is",IF(U46="X","[    ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [ X ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [    ] Both/2, is",IF(U45="X","[ X ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [    ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [    ] Both/2, is ","[    ] "&AA103&"-Year Data  [    ] "&AB103&"-Year Data  [    ] Both/2, is")))
