Unable to link a stored procedure to a Crystal Report

Crystal Reports 2011
MS SQL Server 2008R2
ODBC MS SQL Server Native Client Version 11.00.2100

I have a Crystal Report where I want to link a stored procedure so that I can add the output values into my report. The stored procedure has 1 input parameter and 12 output parameters. I want to be able to pass a parameter, {?SalonID}, into the stored procedure, however, when I attempt to link the stored procedure I'm presented with a form expecting me to input the parameters values. No matter what I do here, when I click Ok to coninue I get a Database Connection Error: 'Cannot Obtain error message from server.'

I have done loads of reseacrh into this error and tried various 'solutions', none of which make any difference!

Please HELP!!

I have attached the stored procedure in question.

Many thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Crystal can't use Output parameters in Stored Procedures. It simply uses the last SELECT statement in the SP.
Try to include as the last SELECT statement in the SP something like:
SELECT @out1 AS Customer, @out2 AS Revenue ...
