vba to delete items in column

Can an expert provide me with VBA please.

I need to delete all rows from row 35 down where the words Location or London do not appear in column B

So if the words London or Location are in any cell in column 'B' keep

 If the words London or Location are in any cell in column 'B' delete that row.

by changing .AutoFilter field:=1 to .AutoFilter field:=2 works great.
