It depends.  Prior to 7.4 it was supported but as of 7.4 it is not and you have to use LAGs.  Below is information from Cisco on this:

With respect, the chosen answer is incorrect.  No Cisco WLC supports LACP.

Only static LAG is supported, which requires:

channel-group 1 mode ON
