I have an older server that has worked dependably for several years. It was running 2003, but we have decided to repurpose it for as long as it will continue to work as a backup storage/archive location running a version of linux. I get an error when i try to install Fedora to the hard drives (it won't even let me select which drives I want to install to).
The error gives no information other than "This program has encountered an unknown error. You may report the bug below or quite the program" error when I get to the select which disks to install to screen.
I can probably get a copy of the more info if that would help.
I am trying to figure out why this is failing. I have managed to get Ubuntu to work, but I would prefer Fedora.
I am a relatively new to Linux and google searches have revealed no answers yet.
