Exchange 2010 rollup

Trying to move mailboxes to other stores and fails with "Error details: MapiExceptionNotFound: Unable to synchronize manifest"

We are on Update Rollup 8 v2 for Exchange Server 2010 SP3     December 12, 2014   14.03.0224.002 and the information I have found says we should rollup 3 would have addressed this, but we're on roll up 8 from what I see.

Any input and/or should I go to another rollup above 8?

The reason I'm moving mailboxes, is the phones syncing to these mailboxes broke and this fixed others with same problem but the move isn't working.

I exported one of these mailboxes to .pst using cmdlet and it was right at 21GB and if I look at the properties of the mailbox it says 42GB. Are .pst files compressed?
HaroldNetwork EngineerAuthor Commented:
How do you know what the command is doing, it just goes back to a command prompt. Event Viewer again?
Thomas GrassiSystems AdministratorCommented:
.pst files are not compressed you need to compact the db first

pipe the command to a text file  >>c:\yourfile.txt
