How to have certain email messages go to a specific folder in outlook

I use MS Outlook at work, and receive many emails per day. Many that I don't really even need to use, but are good for referencing at times. Is there a way to have certain emails go to certain folders in MS Outlook. For example if everyday, twice per day I receive a specific email message from an email address like How can I get all of those email messages to go into a specific folder? So If I create a sub folder named "Fitness", I would like for those email message from to go into that sub folder.

Yes very simple task

Set up Rules in Outlook

You can check by sender subject etc.

Move the messages to sub folders

Very useful and easy to setup.

A tip to give you a head start in most versions of outlook you can right click on a message and select "rules" to start a rule with characteristics of that message already selected in your new rule.
