You need to provide more info because it's very hard to troubleshoot like this:

1.  Is this for all computers or just one?
2.  Did it every work before?
3.  Does it work on a different computer?
4.  Are you using a Windows 8 64-bit or 32-bit because each have their own respective Global VPN Client.

Hi Wayne,

Today you're beating me to every question! I guess we both love SonicWALL! LOL

Hi Carlos,

Do you have SSL-VPN enabled, if so can you connect on there? If not don't worry about it.

Verify your scope is setup correctly in your SonicWALL.

1. Reboot your system.
2. Open GVC client and press Ctrl+L (this will open the log)
3. Now connect again and if it hangs or fails post what the log is saying where its failing.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks Guys,

The issue was that the Sonicwall had run out of ip addresses, so a new subnet was created just for VPN users.

Thanks
