It worked, though I had to add a script that included Commit Record and Flush Cache. &nbsp;Just created a global field and then another Calc field with a Case statement listing the selections I created in a value list and drop down field for the global field. &nbsp;And, I am limited to sorting in only one direction at this point.

Boss wants me to sort a portal and currently in FM 12 and lower it seems the only way to do that is to duplicate the portal and place it on different Tab layouts. &nbsp;However, this is intensive to maintain. &nbsp;One change and you have to change it on, for example, 8 different portals. &nbsp;Does anyone know of a different method or has the latest FM versions allowed for dynamic sorting?
