I have been fighting a RDP printing problem for the last two days. I have a customer that RDPs from a Windows 7 x64 computer to a WIndows 7 x64 computer. She has a LaserJet M1319f MPF printer on the remote that she says all-of-a-sudden quit printing. When I look at the host computer I can't find where the M1319f driver has ever been installed. <br />

Than when looking through Print Manager I see a printer driver &quot;Remote Desktop Easy Print&quot; is installed. I Google that and can't really tell if it is a third party application or if it comes with Windows. Is it a Universal Printer for RDP and does it come with Windows?<br />

I have a feeling that their previous IT people replaced the remote computer and forgot to set this &quot;Remote Desktop Easy Print&quot; back up but right now I can't find out much about it.
