We are using office 365.
For some reason we are not receiving emails from adobe.com and dropbox.com when trying to reset a password link.
We have added the email addresses via Options > Mail > Accounts > Block or Allow. (via https://outlook.office365.com/owa
We have also added the email addresses as a contact. (was recommended somewhere)
Please note: we tested via gmail account and the email arrived.
We have also checked the spam folder.
Any help would be appreciated.
