office 365 not receiving mail

Hi All,

We are using office 365.

For some reason we are not receiving emails from adobe.com and dropbox.com when trying to reset a password link.

We have added the email addresses via Options > Mail > Accounts > Block or Allow. (via https://outlook.office365.com/owa)

We have also added the email addresses as a contact. (was recommended somewhere)

Please note: we tested via gmail account and the email arrived.

We have also checked the spam folder.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do a message trace in the EAC, it will show you for certain whether the message arrived at MS servers.

Very handy.

As i thought, dropbox system must not work. no email was delivered.
