this option available on Vmware workstation called * Autologin *

VMware vSphere 5.5 does not support  * Autologin *

You could always apply the Autologin Registry entry to the server, but personally I think this is a bad idea, as exposes your password as cleartext!

What you've got to remember is VMware vSphere is a Corporate Enterprise Hypervisor, and once upon a time it was NOT a FREEBIE!

VMware Workstation (End User, Small User, Small Business, Developer) has lots of silly features not incorporated in VMware vSphere 5.5!

Maybe you should have posted after 5 mins!

(some would argue it's also a big security risk!)
