"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Since one PC works, you are fairly certain the RV320 is correctly setup (I have an RV325 in my home office using IPsec).

For the problem PC, remove the PPTP profile, restart and build a new profile. Check firewall setting on the problem PC and make sure it is not in the way.

Hi John, Thanks for your comment. It seems that 3 other pc's on the same network here cannot connect.
1 pc connects fine. I disabled the fire walls and deleted the vpn connection. Rebbooted and setup new VPN connections
to a static ip and it is still not connecting on the 3 pc's. Only 1 works. Please help. Thanks

It's a simple pptp vpn connection from home to office with a rv320 router that is been working fine for over a year.
It looks like the problems are on the client side

Make sure the user settings on the RV320 are correct.

Make sure the IP subnets of the problem computers are different than the office subnet.

Make a list of VPN settings, firewall settings, Anti Virus settings and subnet information on the working PC and compare that to the problem computers.

At home my win 7 clients are 192.168.0.x. Rogers router.
At work it's a bell router and the ip's are 192.168.2.1
And the VPN box sends out 192.168.1.x to the pc's.
I turned off the firewalls on the problem pc's.
I turned off avg and malwarebytes.
Still the same issues.

I have checked all the settings to be the same as the pc that connects.
I have been doing this for 5 hours now.

when I login to the vpn and check the rv320, the dhcp server gives me the next available ip which is 192.168.1.150.
I access the server no problem. I do this for all 6 users and it works fine. It must be my local home clients.

If you want to try the vpn, I can email you the static ip and username/pass

At EE we cannot do offline work for members. Look at why your Office is .2 and the router is .1 That is not correct. It appears the router and your iSP service are both doing DHCP.

Get your office network and RV320 network on the same subnet and DHCP service and then try troubleshooting again.
