"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

get away from active-x as soon as possible. check the IE settings about unsigned active-x controls
Also get rid of Visual Studio 2005.  Time to get real and use the latest tools .. they are FREE now for most environments Visual Studio Community.  It is now 2015 so please don't keep trying to keep ancient technology working. Even flash is quickly on the way out.
