vRanger backup error "one or more disks from virtual machine <virtual machine> is already mounted to the vRanger virtual machine. You must unmount these disks before attempting to backup the virtual

I'm running into an issue here with vRanger, was wondering if anyone has experienced this or just may know of a fix.
screenshot of my actual error:
I read through the support article here (https://support.software.dell.com/vranger/kb/90590[2] ), however there is no Virtual Appliance of vRanger being used for the backup job of this server, it just runs direct without it.

So I'm not sure where I'm supposed to remove the disks that's supposedly attached. From the mail server VM? Or just remove the mail server VM's snapshot (vRanger created a snapshot on it).

Does vRanger run on a virtual machine ?

Yeah I think it does now that I remember was physical before.
Think it'd be attached to vRanger?

Check the VM Settings, and Remove any disks (do not delete from disk) that do not belong to the vRanger VM.

and then deal with the snapshots on any VM, that has not backed up correctly.

If you do not know how to do the above, ask me for help.
