VMware Horizon View Persona Management service Error
We have had three users out of over 100 report a windows service error on their virtual desktops. The error reads "Failed to connect to a windows service. Windows could not connect to the VMware Horizon View Persona Management service. This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system...".
If we install VMware Agent 6.1.1 without the persona option, the error goes away.
I do not understand persona operation enough to permanently correct the error.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I do not find the VMWVvp.txt file on any of the three computers we have had troubles with. Could it be because the logs only go back a week and we fixed the problem by uninstalling VMware Horizon View Agent and reinstalling with Persona disabled? Also, thank you for the Client-Side Caching link. I will check that on those machines.
