how would i convert a decimal number to percent in a sql query?

I have a field with numbers such as .08251882 how would i convert that to percent?

In general, pass a 0 if the value is NULL, multiply times 100, and cast for however many numbers to the right of the decimal you want.
   ELSE CAST( .08251882 * 100 as decimal(4,1) ) END as your_value
