Access point configuration

I am trying to configure multiple apple airport extreme access points.  Currently i can see them but I can't connect to the internet.  Do I need  a mac to configure?

You need Airport Utility to configure the Airports. It comes standard with a Mac but can be downloaded for Windows:   https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1547?locale=en_US

Make sure you have connected your network to the Extreme's WAN port, and not to one of the LAN ports, and assuming that your router is doing the NAT, the Extremes should be set to Bridge Mode.
