Import access table to another access database

I have two access database and both are split for multiple users.  I want to be able to import Table 1 from Database 1 into Database 2 using the same table name.  I need it to overwrite the table every time Database 2 is opened so that the info is current.  I was going to write a macro but it doesn't look like you can still do that in Access 2010.  Any suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why not just link to that table, then you don't have to go through the process of overwriting and risk the chance of edits to the other table during your current session.

That's what I originally wanted to do but when I try to create the link no tables show up.

I got it.  I had to link to the backend instead of the front end.
