Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office365

Does anyone have any experience with Exclaimer, or this product in particular? We are a fully Office365 shop, and want to be able to standardize and manage email signatures. With this particular solution, it forwards our email to their Azure servers that then "stamps" the email with the signature, then sends it back to our servers for delivery. To be honest, this sounds like a security and compliance nightmare for everyone involved. Thanks for the help!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That's pretty much the only way it can work, as you dont have control over the underlying servers. If routing the messages through a 3rd party service is not an option, stick to using a disclaimer based signature, or use the 'standard' method of deploying client signatures via Outlook and the OWA cmdlets (which of course leaves mobiles, home PCs, etc).

Is your email disclaimed just the bog standard legal statements or something a little more fancy with user specific details?

Thanks
