Update your AMD graphic card driver to latest verison. You can download latest drivers from their website or laptop vendor website.
Hey you need to be update AMD driver version which laptop do you used explain here. Suppose if you are using dell, toshiba or HP any kindof just login to vendor website and find driver for your model. Here you can download latest version of AMD graphic driver.

You can also uninstall the Catalyst Control Center from your system.
You don't specify what laptop brand/model this is.  We need that information.

Also possible is you don't have .NET installed which Catalyst needs.
Don't install the driver from the AMD website, but rather that of your PC manufacturer, or alternatively, allow Windowsupdates to install the driver automatically.

HI i have updated the latest AMD drivers , but still getting the same same warning message .
my laptop model is
Hp Pavilion i5-e053se Notebook

please advice
Hey your laptop comes with  AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver then why you should using  Catalyst Control Center its different things. So according to me you should remove  Catalyst Control Center system first its not related to your devices.
If you recently install any driver updater software program or utility please uninstall them also.
Its not a serious issue which you face uninstall  Catalyst Control Center system and relax
Hi I uninstalled CATALYST Control center but now its hanging badly .
please advice I want to do factory reset to the laptop
Just follow the instructions for doing the factory reset. You should be able to find those on the support site of HP for your PC. That will install all the proper drivers.
You can restore your laptop for earlier time just search restore in search bar and you will be see the option to restore point. choose proper restore point and set to default .
I did teh factory reset and now also the same warning is poping out .
please advice
it starts looking like a hardware problem -maybe the video card runs hot?
install speedfan  -and monitor the temperatures  http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

you can also test the video card with burnintest : http://www.passmark.com/download/index.htm
thanks
