Was this VM exported from Windows 2008(R2) Hyper-v? Because importing that in Windows 2012R2 Hyper-v will not be possible, at least not directly. You either have to create a new VM and use the vhd file from this VM or create Hyper-V 2012 server (not R2), so you can convert the images.

It is not a exported image from windows 2008. I was reinstall the windows 2012 R2 for some issue. I am using the v-machine which created in 2012 R2 old installation. One thing i discover , if i create a new v-machine and remove from the hyper - v manager and then try to import again , got the same error message.
Note : This is may test environment and my virtual machine located on my desktop.

Are you sure there are no issues with the VM's, like file locations (folders), etc...
Maybe try to go through this procedure to troubleshoot the VM's, or to atleast maybe get some more information.
