Attaching T&Cs and Product Images to PO when sending to a supplier

couple of options really, form notes is an option just to add text to the  AX doc which would in turn be added to the PDF sent, another option i have seen is a pre-built PDF add to the email with the PO, product drawings might make the pre-built a little harder as sounds product specific, though if these are added to document handling off inventtable should be do able

Thank you for your answer.

We've tried the form notes for the quality clauses and that works, but Terms and Conditions need a bit more 'formatting' and to go just at the end of the Report.

Where can I find examples of this pre-built PDF ?

Note: the product drawings are in the EcoResProductImage table

we use this also for external docs for AX, gives you alot of control and formating options

I have done this in the past, in the footer :)

After trying everything suggested, nothing look good on the report, so this solution was the most acceptable on.
