How can I remove Sage 50 Accounts after a failed installation

I am currently rebuilding a PC as a spare in my office. During the installation of Sage 50 Accounts v2015 I accidentally cancelled the installation. This has left my Sage 50 in an odd state where it is recognised by the installer and when I run the installer again it gives me the option to Repair or Remove the program, however neither of these option work and the error "Installation not complete".

In the past I have had to completely wipe the PC as there seems to be no way to get around the Repair/Uninstall page of the installer which has become quite an issue since it takes me around 4-5 hours to get a new PC built.

Many Thanks
Connor

Given your description, it is probably best to start over for long term reliability.

Here is a Sage Support article with a number of manual steps to remove Sage 50. There is a support number to call if you feel the steps are intimidating.

Most software vendors offer a force removal method along these lines.

Use Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and remove the product . Then you should be able to install it from scratch.

Thanks for your answers however nothing has resolved the issue. I have been told to wipe and rebuild the machine by my manager.

I ... accidentally cancelled the installation  <-- It may be faster to rebuild rather then spend excessive time correcting the error.
