Entering new key fobs for a magnetic front door lock
Hello Experts - I recently ran out of key fobs for our front door security. This is a Stanley Security B.A.S.I.S. ET693 system. Our current fobs don't have much info on them other than the letters HID. I see plenty of HID branded fobs around online but I am unsure if they will work with my system. I'm also unsure how to get them working with our software once I purchase them. I'd appreciate any assistance in sorting through this, thanks!

I'm not familiar with the particular system your'e using, unfortunately.
You would normally have a portable USB card reader that plugs into the PC running the software. This would then allow you to read new fobs, and authorise them on the system.
Some alarm systems also have a series of menus that allow you add additional fobs.
There are some documents at the bottom of this page that might help:

I actually have the administrator manual but it is the most obtuse thing I've ever tried to decipher. Its also over 1000 pages, lol.

Look for tech sheets and the readers should list the various standards the support.
