server essentials 2012 client computers

I have a server essentials 2012
I have had to readd a workstation to the server and it appears in AD
The user account associated with it is working perfectly - roaming profile and redirected folders
The computer appears in AD with no errors
It can be managed through AD

The problem is that it WILL NOT appear in Dashboard - Devices no matter what I do

Please advise

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello,

I would disjoin the machine from the domain, change the PC name and then re-run the connect wizard to rejoin.

Once done, check to see if the machine appears in the dashboard.
