Sonicwall Dropping Web requests

Sonicwall NSA 2400.
I recently created a NAT policy to access a VMware Security Server. Internally this server responds to https requests with a web page. Externally, via the NAT policy the sonicwall is dropping the web access requests. The log reports:
Notice Network Access Web access request dropped 208.54.32.xxx, 17666, X1 10.x.x.x, 443, X0 HTTPS

I have around six other NAT policies that work fine, and I can't see how this one is any different. So I do not know why the connection is being dropped. Any clues on where to start?
Thanks

Actually it is VMware's Secure Server for remote access to virtual desktops. However it does have a web component. So I did as you suggested and now I can pull up the web page. Hopefully I can now add PCoIP to the service and all will be good. Thanks for the reminder about the wizards.
