copy printers from terminal server 2003 to Remote Desktop Server 2012

We have about 100 Printers setup on 2003 Terminal server- is there anyway to copy them and all the settings associated with them (drivers, IP, sharenames, etc) to Remote Desktop 2012 Server

Are you sure your Server 2102 is 32-bit?  I don't think so. So the drivers will all be different and you need to reinstall them.
