Network tool to monitor remote site connectivity.

I'm looking for a free or low cost tool to monitor network connectivity to over 30 branch locations.  I'd like something with a visual interface so I can see all 30 branches and their status at once.  I know Solar Winds will work but I'm looking for something less expensive.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I use Site24x7.  It's simple to set up and relatively inexpensive.  Here's the link:

Check out FAN (Fully Automated Nagios).  It is super simple to setup and it includes NagVis, which will give you the status maps that you require.
