One user, but maybe more have complained that Remote web workplace has stopped working. I tried it myself and like the user report, I can get to the main webpage and login, but when I press the “Connect” button for the particular PC, nothing happens.
Can anyone recommend any troubleshooting tips to investigate this. They last used it successfully about 2 weeks ago.
This is a Windows Server SBS 2011. The user has a Windows 7 laptop. I tried from my Windows 8 laptop running latest IE.
I added the domain to compatibility view settings as I’ve read to do, but this did not help.
